    Connecting the Dots

    We Don’t Think Inside the Box or Outside the Box . . . We Think the Box.

    Crime & Accident Analysis

    A Clinical Approach

    Think of us as your Good Housekeeping seal of approval . . . employing

    the most relevant application-based approaches to discover flaws, boundaries, limitations, or variations in case evidence and theories, allowing for the development of counter-theory roadmaps.

    In science the word “theory” refers to the way one interprets facts. Theoretical Forensics is simply a method used in explaining occurrences (phenomena) by using a logical, consistent, scientific method of investigation, information (data) collection, data analysis (hypothesis), testing (experiment), and refinement to arrive at an explanation for legal review. Thus, we apply theoretical methods toward the interpretation of postulated facts in dissecting evidentiary claims and in explaining a wide range of phenomena.

    We seek to determine evidentiary root causes to the development of indicative solutions in the investigation of criminal , accident & negligent incidences.

    • Defining and understanding evidentiary claims;

    • Brainstorming possible foundations;

    • Analyzing cause and effect scenarios; and

    • Devising probability-based solutions.

    To Discover Truth, flaws or variations in aggregate investigative activities.

    The Discipline is based on the building blocks of scientific theory aimed at complex problem solving; exposing speculative evidence-based phenomena to being evaluated and subsequently explained by scientific method; theoretical and empirical.

    • Methodological platforms supported by introspective processes, natural sciences, mathematics, probability-base analytics, and other well-defined diagnostic templates.
